We specialize in providing high-quality content creation services. These Terms of Service govern the use of our content creation services, website, and related tools. By accessing our services, you agree to these terms.

Services Offered

Velvet Studios offers a range of content creation services including, but not limited to, graphic design, video production, copywriting, and social media management. Services can be tailored to meet specific client needs. Please contact us for a consultation to discuss your unique requirements.

Account Information

Clients must provide accurate information during account registration and maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials.

Clients agree to comply with all local, state, national, and international laws and regulations regarding online conduct and acceptable content.

Subscription and Fees

Monthly subscription fees for services will be agreed upon before the commencement of any work. The subscription term will begin the day the payment is submitted. Cancellations must be made before the 15th day of the month for a refund that month. Once canceled, monthly subscriptions will no longer recur.

Ownership and Usage of Content

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client retains ownership of all original content created. Velvet Studios may request specific permission to use the content for specified marketing purposes.

Client Materials

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights to any materials they provide for use in projects.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information secret and to not disclose it to any third party without written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Velvet Studios provides services "as is" and does not guarantee that services will increase client revenue.

Liability

The total liability of Velvet Studios for any claims under these terms or related to our services will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services.

Termination and Suspension

Amendments

Velvet Studios reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any amendment constitutes agreement to the new terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by the laws of California where Velvet Studios is located. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms will be resolved through arbitration or a small claims court.
